This time of year also sees an increase in Road running and fun runs for juniors.  We will advertise these on our notice board at training and include:

15^th April Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers (see their website) have a free junior fun run following their 10K race starting around 12.00

7^th May Watford: 3K for 10-14yrs, 10K for 15yrs+ See www.watford10k.org.uk
