The club 1 mile champs are a fun event to test your speed over a distance that most people rarely run.

All attendees are split into groups based on their approximate pace, so you should be racing people who are broadly similar to you.

We have the track for a couple of hours so there will be an opportunity to do further running and field event training after the miles.
