Every year Tring Runners invite all of the other local clubs for a run over the Ridgeway. They have 7 or 8 pace groups for everyone from complete beginners to sub-3 marathoners running from 4 to 9 miles. It’s a great run in a different bit of countryside and highly recommended.

There are showers and changing available to everyone.

They also put on food afterwards (usually a chilli) in the bar which they make a small charge for to cover costs.
