Here is a selection of events over the following months that you may want to use when planning your races. Virtually all of the road races shown can be entered via the Runners World website. If anyone knows of local races that are not on the list then please e-mail

* Club Championship ParkrunEvery Saturday morning at 9am at Willen Lake in Milton Keynes there is a free 5K race that all are welcome to take part in. You just have to register on the Parkrun website and print out a barcode. Simply then turn up and run at any one of the dozens of nationwide events. At the end your barcode will be scanned and within a couple of hours your result will be e-mailed to you. Further details of the MK event can be found here. MayMonday 6th Wednesday 8th
