The relay consists of four legs: 10 miles, 5 miles, 9 miles and 6 miles with the aim for each team to finish around 1:30pm. Our first leg runners usually start at around 9:30.
Following the finish, teams are encouraged to go to a local pub for the prize giving and some lunch.
