This will be our 5K club championship for 2016. Everyone in the club is encouraged to attend.

The route at MK is a single loop taking in both the canal and Willen Lake. There is one hill after about a mile. After that it’s all flat.

We all meet in the café at the wakeboarding site after the run for a coffee and a muffin!
