Useful Links

We have gathered together some links to websites that you may find useful which you can find below:

Ranking websites

Run Britain Rankings – This site gives all runners a handicap score based on your recent performances so you can have a target to improve on. It is also a record of all your UKA licensed races down the years and gives you a ranking across the country and age groups. If you don’t already have a profile, anyone can register and link it with your parkrun account too.

Power of Ten – Similar and linked to Run Britain Rankings but includes most track & field and Cross Country events too, as well as listing PB’s and season’s bests.

Tops in Athletics – Another ranking website that includes ARC (Association of Running Clubs) events and track and field events

GPS Tracking websites and apps

Strava – An excellent website for tracking your runs and cycles. Either use a GPS watch or download the app. Many LBAC members use this, which helps encourage each other on training runs. We even have a “club” within Strava which makes it easier to follow other members.

Map My Run – Another website for tracking your runs. Map My Run also offers a great tool for creating your own routes before you run them.

Runkeeper – Download the app and track your run!

Veloviewer – Similar to the above, but for the ultra geeky! Links to your strava account, but offers almost endless stats!
