Road Races 2026

The club road race championships work on the calendar year and we try to fit them in around all of the other club events, keep them local and spread them across the year. The races for 2026 are planned to be the following dates and races:

Sunday 12 April – Flitwick 10k

A perfect sharpener pre London marathon, or just a lovely local race!

Friday 15 May – Blisworth 5 Mile

Friday evening in the late spring sunshine!

Saturday 11th July – TBC parkrun 5k

The Club members will decide this year’s location!

Sunday 1 November – Herts Half (Knebworth)

Branching out a bit further afield to run round the beautiful Knebworth House.

Sunday 17th January 2027 – Fred Hughes 10 (Date TBC)

The only option this year, but a good one!

Marathon

We take the attitude that we can’t expect everyone to do the same marathon so any time that you run 26.2 in a race (on an accurately measured course) will count, so take your pick!

Track

The 1 mile Championships will take place on a Sunday TBC in the summer from 12noon at Stantonbury Track in MK
