Speed Training

 

Thursday night sessions are aimed at all abilities wanting to improve their speed. Thursday nights are a mixture of sessions, primarily involving interval work.

Sessions generally last 45 minutes and distance covered can be between 5-km.  Meeting time is 7.00pm at Astral Park.

Even though these sessions are aimed to help you get quicker, they are perfect for all abilities as we generally regroup after each interval or rep and you can work as hard as you like. The more effort you put in the more gains you will see, so all we ask is you bring your positive attitude and enjoy the session.
